Pogoda Expands Footprint in Michigan with the Purchase of Lake Fenton Self Storage

Pogoda Companies (dba National Storage) recently acquired Lake Fenton Self Storage in Fenton, MI, marking its sixth property in Genessee County.

This newly purchased property has 97,200 square feet of space across 700 units, which includes a mix of drive-up storage units and RV/Boat parking spaces. It is conveniently located on Torrey Rd just off US 23. It offers 24-hour digital surveillance. Pogoda now owns/operates 71 self-storage properties in its portfolio. Lake Fenton Self Storage will be rebranded under Pogoda’s National Storage flag and added to the www.storenational.com website.
